My mom used to make this all the time in the summer and I loved it! The only difference was that she salted the slices for a couple hours, rinsed and sauced. She didn't use Ranch, but I'm anxious to try your style and I JUST happen to have three big cukes! NO easy feat when the cucumbers here are a different genus, long skinny ones that will NOT do, I tried! :-) Soooo, let's see...I did a foiled Ham that I found here and have Bourbon Beans in my crock pot. Partner those with your cukes and I'll have a YUM time!!! :-) Thanx for reminding me and sharing, Karla!
