Cucumbers and Onions in a Ranch Sauce

This Ranch flavor cucumber salad is always a big hit at a gathering , if I want to have some left overs ,I better save some at home cause I never seem to come home with any extra's.I've even doubled it and still none left over ...LOL

Ingredients

1 c
sour cream
1/4 c
milk
1 pkg
ranch dressing mix
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
dill weed
1 tsp
salt : optional
1/4 tsp
white pepper
1 medium
sweet white onion ; sliced and seperated
4 large
cucumbers ; peeled and sliced

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together ; sour cream , milk ,ranch mix , lemon juice , salt & pepper and dill weed in a medium bowl.

Mix prepared cucumbers and onion ring slices in ranch mixture.

Chill for at least 30 minutes ; just too get cold and to let the flavor set.

Hubby brought some cucumbers in from the garden today, so.. as tomorrow we are having a Labor Day Cookout.. I am going to fix these them with your recipie.. Will let you know what the neighbors and family think.. Thanks for posting this...

Bobbi , glad to hear that you liked it. I don't always use as much salt if someone can't have so much salt intake and it's just as good. Please rate it when you can. :D

This recipe is excllent, the only thing that I would do different next time is to leave out the salt. Ranch dressing is salty by it self. Was a little too salty for hubby and I.
