Kathy's Story

You will want to make a double batch of this one, they are amazing and tend to disappear rather quickly!


3 lb
mushrooms, fresh
2 stick
butter, melted
1/4 c
zesty italian salad dressing
1 pkg
good seasonings italian dressing
5 pinch
oregano, dried
5 dash(es)
worcestershire sauce

Directions Step-By-Step

Put all ingredients into a large crock pot. Set on High for 4 hours then on low for additional 2 hours.
Note: The mushrooms cook down, so don't panic when you see how full your crock pot is at first.

Sounds delicious! Can I ask what size crockpot you use? I have a round 3 1/2 quart but I'm not sure it would be large enough.

I don't know if this is a stupid question but...Could these be refrigerated like a marinated mushroom or are they just served warm?
