4 cwater

1 - 14 oz. canvegetable broth

1 1/2 cmushrooms, fresh, sliced

1 mdonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspbasil, dried

1/4 tspsalt and pepper
-
1/4 tsporegano, dried
-
1/8 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 - 8 oz. pkgtortellini, cheese stuffed, dry

1 - 12 oz. canevaporated milk
-
6 cspinach, baby, fresh
-
parmesan cheese
How To Make crock pot creamy tortellini soup

1Place dry white sauce mix in a 3 1/2 - 4 qt slow cooker. Gradually add the water to the white sauce mix, stirring until smooth. Stir in broth, mushrooms, onion, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, oregano & cayenne pepper.

2Cover & cook on low-heat setting for 5 - 6 hours or on high-heat setting for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

3Stir in dried tortellini. Cover & cook on low-heat setting for 1 hour more or high-heat setting for 45 minutes more.

4Stir in evaporated milk & fresh spinach. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
