Ingredients

1 pkg
fresh or frozen whole green beans
1 jar(s)
olives, sliced
8 oz
feta cheese
1 c
tomatoes diced
1 c
balsamic vinegarette dressing
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1If using fresh green beans, blanch and chill in ice water. Frozen green beans, thaw, rinse with warm water.

2Add diced tomatoes, mix in sliced olives.

3Mix ingredients together, add balsamic vinaigrette. Toss lightly. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with feta cheese and serve!
