Ingredients

onion, chopped
2 1/2 c
tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 c
whole kernel corn
1/2
green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Cook onion in butter until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, sugar, seasonings and corn. Simmer 10 minutes. Add green pepper and simmer 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
