Ingredients For creamy ranch veggie casserole

  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix, dry
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 8 oz
    parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz
    cheese, swiss, cheddar, munster, monteray jack, etc. - again your choice
  • boiling water
  • 2 - 16 oz bag
    frozen veggies - your choice
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • TOPPING:
  • 8 oz
    cheese, swiss, cheddar, munster, monteray jack, etc. - again your choice

How To Make creamy ranch veggie casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix sour cream, ranch dressing, salt, pepper & cheese. Place veggies in pan of boiling waters for about 5 - 7 minutes, until tender.

    In medium bowl, combine cooked veggies (drained) & sour cream mixture; mix to combine.

    Top off extra swiss cheese & drizzle with butter; bake for about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
