Creamed Shrooms in cracked pepper sauce
Great side dish or filling for hor dorves.
Goes well with weiner snitzel or pork chops.

- button top mushrooms
- 75 ml
- 1/4 tsp
- cracked pepper
- 20 g
- 1 Tbsp
1Melt butter in small sauce pan, chop shrooms, sweat in butter, add 50 mls milk, simmer.
2Mix remaining milk with corn flour, stir in on med low heat.
