Put one (1) stick of butter and the frozen corn in a microwave safe bowl cooking as directed on package. (Don't overcook) Toss to coat with butter. Add remaining ingredients. Fold until cream cheese is melted and all is nicely coated.
Return to microwave for 2-3 minutes. Serve!
Note: This recipe can be made in the crockpot. Just add all ingredients, fold to combine and turn crockpot on med/low for 1-2 hours depending your crockpot.
