- cottage cheese, rinsed and drained
- egg substitute, equal to 3 eggs
- 4 oz
- cheese, low fat and cubed
- 1/2 pkg
- spinach, partially thawed
- 1/4 tsp
- 3 Tbsp
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Combine cottage cheese, egg substitute and flour; add cheese.
3Add spinach in chunks along with salt.
4Place in baking dish and bake uncovered 60 minutes.
