Corn I Froze This Summer (Love it in the winter)

- 12 large
- ears of corn (blanched and cut from cob)
- 1 c
- 1/2 c
- butter, cold
- salt and pepper (to taste)
1Place frozen corn in a large sauce pan, the 12 ears should make 4 cups.
2Add cream, butter, salt and pepper, cook covered on low till corn is thawed .
