The name comes from family always asking, "when are you going to make that corn crap?" There are several different versions of the recipe. Most are corn puddings but my version is to satisfy those of us who love the cheesy corn served in some BBQ restaurants we've had when traveling that we can't get here in Nebraska. Recipe is my own.

Ingredients For corn crap-annette's

  • 1 can
    cream corn
  • 1 can
    corn
  • 1 c
    raw macaroni
  • 6 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    onion, chopped fine
  • 1 c
    velveeta, cubed small
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make corn crap-annette's

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together. Spray a casserole dish or 9x13 pan with Pam. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered 30 more minutes. Enjoy!
