Corn Casserole

I use Green Giant "Mexi-corn" in place of regular kernel corn. It gives the casserole a little "kick," plus it add a little color!

Ingredients

1 stick
margarine (melted)
1 box
jiffy corn bread mix
2
eggs
8 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream corn
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn

Step-By-Step

1Melt margarine in microwavable mixing bowl.
2Stir in corn bread mix, and stir until completely mixed.
3Add eggs, and blend well.
4Add corns, and stir in well.
5Add sour cream, and stir until cream.
6Place in 13 x 9 greased baking dish.
7Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes, or until casserole is lightly browned and set.
