Corn Casserole

Very simple but delicious. This recipe was given to me by a neighbor and is one of my son's favorite dishes.

Bake

Ingredients

2 can(s)
whole kernel corn
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1/2 c
chopped onion

TOPPING

1
stack ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick
butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 325 degrees

Saute onions, drain corn and mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.

Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs

Put on top of casserole

Bake 30-45 minutes at 325
