Ingredients

1 can(s)
whole kernel yellow corn, drained
1 can(s)
cream style corn
1 (8) oz
package corn muffin mix (recommended:jiffy)
8 oz
sour cream
2
eggs, beaten
1 stick
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. In a large bowl, stir together the 2 cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, eggs and melted butter. Pour into a greased casserole dish.Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
