creamed corn
1 16oz pkg

corn kernels, frozen
1/2 lb

bacon
1 md

yellow onion
1/2 c

saltines...crushed
2 1/2 c

extra sharp cheese grated
1-3 Tbsp

milk

How To Make corn cassarole

cook bacon til crisp... add onion cook til soft

mix all but 1/2 cup cheese in lg bowl... spray 2 qt baking dish with non stick spray pour corn into dish bake at 350 for 40 min add last 1/2 c cheese bake 5 min more or til cheese is melted [ i have used swiss cheese in this too]
