Ingredients

1 large can (if you can find it or a couple of small ones) of whole green chili's

Step-By-Step

11 large can (If you can find it or a couple of small ones) Of whole green chili's
Stuff each one with Montrey Jack cheese (I cut a slice and then in half to make a V shape)
Dip each one in a beaten egg
Roll in Italian Bread Crumbs
Put in frig for at least 1 hour (So breading sticks when cooking)
Fry in butter
