|2 can(s)||cream of mushroom soup|
|2 small can(s)||french fried onions|
|4 c||mozzarella cheese|
|1 1/2 c||mushrooms, washed and chopped|
|1/3 c||milk, 2%|

Holidays just aren't the same without green bean casserole. My family loves the extra 'umph' the added mushrooms and cheese provide!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl add green beans, fresh mushrooms, both cans of soup and milk. Mix together well.
Fold in 2 cups of the cheese and 1 can of fried onions.
Pour into a 13x9 glass casserole dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and cover top with remaining cheese and 2nd can of fried onions. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
