Cheesy Zucchini Vegetable Medely

Rose Mary Mogan

I put these vegetables together for dinner yesterday to go with my Oven Roasted Pork Loin Roast.

My husband and I are the complete opposites in more ways than one, he loves lots of meats and I love lots of veggies, so I added what I had fresh and a few that were left over from the previous day to make this vegetable combination. It was pure heaven for both of us.

I had (1) slice of Pork and lots and lots of veggies, and he had lots of everything smile. We had Store bought RED SKIN potato Salad, SO IT WOULDN'T GO TO WASTE, INSTEAD OF THE USUAL MASHED POTATOES. We were both happy campers
