CHEESY CAULIFLOWER MASH
- 4 c
- frozen cauliflower florets
- wedges the laughing cow light creamy swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp
- parmesan cheese
- black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder to taste
Drain excess liquid. Add cheese wedges, breaking them into pieces, and Parm-style topping. Add a dash of pepper and 1/8 tsp. each salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Thoroughly mash and mix.
