- frozen broccoli florets
- 1/4 lb
- (4 oz.) velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp
- grated parmesan cheese
1In a large skillet, cook the first 3 ingredients on medium-high for 5 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender, Velveeta is melted and mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally.
2Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
3Note: You may add 1 minced garlic clove with the broccoli.
