MY GARDEN WAS FULL OF THESE BEAUTIFUL TOMATOES SO IT WAS TIME TO MAKE A TOMATO PIE....AN ADDITION OF RANCH MIX TAKES THIS TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL :)

Ingredients

tomatoes, slicd 1/2" thick..lightly saltd

deep pie shell, bakd
5 slice
bacon, choppd n cookd along with onion
1 medium
onion, finely choppd (sautÉ this with bacon while cookn)
1 1/2 c
shredd monterey jack n cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c
cheese nibs crackers, smashed lightly
1/2 c
mayo
1/2 pkg
ranch dry mix
1/4 c
butter milk (reg milk...ok)
3 Tbsp
butter, meltd

Step-By-Step

1PREBAKE UR PIE SHELL AT 350 FOR 15 MINUTES

2PLACE SLICD TOMATOES ON PAPER TOWELS FOR A FEW MIN. TO SOAK UP SOME LIQUID. IN A MED SIZD BOWL MIX RANCH MIX WITH MAYO N BUTTERMILK (OR REG MILK).

3PLACE HALF OF THE TOMATOES IN THE BAKD PIE SHELL THEN SPRINKLE HALF OF THE ONIONS N BACON N THEN COMES HALF OF THE CHEESE THEN HALF OF THE RANCH MIXTURE. REPEAT PROCESS ONE MORE TIME ;)
