Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 large outside celery branches, cut on the bias
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup toasted blanced almond halves

How To Make celery oriental

  • Step 1
    Slice celery. Cook in small amount boiling salted water, till just tender crisp; drain.
  • Step 2
    Cook mushrooms in butter till tender; add celery and blanched almond halves. Toss lightly till hot
