|2 large||eggs, hard boiled, peeled and chopped|
|1 1/2 Tbsp||flour|
|1/2 tsp||curry powder, or less to taste|
|1/3 c||cream or 1/2 and 1/2 cream|
|1 Tbsp||heaping butter|

|4 slice||applewood thick sliced bacon, fried crispy and chopped up|
Another wonderful cauliflower casserole from the box; photo from internet very similar to recipe. This one is great for breakfast or lunch too.
Although I have not made this yet- my niece and her husband love it.
Arrange the cauliflower in a buttered or sprayed shallow over proof casserole dish.
Scatter the chopped eggs evenly over top. Set aside.
Stir in thyme, seasoning, and allow sauce to simmer for a few minutes.
Pour the sauce over the cauliflower, and scatter remaining cheese and bacon over top. Brown cheese under broiler until golden brown. Watch carefully as you can see it burns easily.
