Ingredients For cauliflower pickles

2 lbcauliflower, fresh

1 cred wine vinegar
-
1 cwater
-
2 tspsea salt
-
1 lglemon, sliced
-
3 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/4 tsppeppercorns
-
1 qtcanning jar
How To Make cauliflower pickles

1Wash cauliflower & break into florets, cutting off any large stems.

2Combine vinegar, water & salt. Set aside.

3Place 2 slices of lemon on the bottom of a qt sized jar & with garlic & peppercorns.

4Press cauliflower into prepared jar & top with brine. Place 2 - 3 more lemon slices on top & put lid on & refrigerate at least 12 hours or longer. Enjoy!
