Ingredients

cauliflower,break down to small pieces and steam or boil until soft
2-3
tomatoes, sliced
fresh dill, chopped

FOR THE DRESSING:

1 c
plain yogurt
1/2 tsp
oregano, dried
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp
rice vinegar
2 Tbsp
water

Arrange the cauliflower and sliced tomatoes on the plate.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing and spread over the veges.
