Carrots with Orange Sauce

- 8 oz
- baby carrots or carrot sticks
- 4 Tbsp
- 4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- 1 c
- orange juice
- 3 Tbsp
- fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- lemon juice, optional
1Cook carrots until just tender.
2In separate saucepan, measure in the next 5 ingredients.
3Heat until thick, stirring constantly. Add parsley.
4If you think it's too sweet, you can add some lemon juice.
5Pour orange sauce over drained carrots.
