Buy using only half of the seasoning packet, eliminating the butter, and adding fresh carrots & mushrooms, this is now a much healthier dish, & delicious

Ingredients

1 box
rice a roni, long grain & wild, original
1/2 pkg
of seasoning mix
1 tsp
mrs. dash, table blend
1/2 tsp
pepper, dash coarse sea salt
olive oil
1 c
shredded carrots
4
mushrooms, sliced

Step-By-Step

1Sautee carrots & mushrooms in a small amount of olive oil. When tender add water (per box instruction)rice, carrots, & mushrooms. Add the 1/2 of package rice a roni season mix, pepper, salt, mrs. dash. Cook according to box directions.
