Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage head
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups milk
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
How To Make cabbage pudding

Step 1Core and quarter cabbage; cook until done in salt water, drain well, chop into bite size pieces.

Step 2White Sauce: Melt butter in heavy pan or skillet, Add flour and stir until well blended, add milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly to keep smooth. Cook until all milk is used and mixture becomes very thick. Add salt and pepper

Step 3Mix cabbage with white sauce, add chopped eggs. Put into a large baking dish or pan and sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
