- head cabbage, cored and shredded
- onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp
- canola oil
- 1/4 c
- salt and pepper, to taste
1Shred cabbage and chop the onion.
2Heat the oil. Saute the onion until it is tender.
3Add the cabbage and cook until tender.
4Add the margarine, salt, and black pepper and cook covered until margarine is melted.
