Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

This is a great way to make brussel sprouts that everyone will love....who does not like bacon!

Ingredients

2 lb
brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
1.2 lb
bacon, cut lardons (rectangle pieces)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large stir fry pan, cook bacon pieces on medium high heat. When bacon is crisp, carefully soak up as much bacon grease possible with paper towels and tongs. Add brussel sprouts to the pan and stir fry everything for 5 minutes or until brussel sprouts begin to brown. Transfer to oven proof dish and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Enjoy!
