In a blender or food processor, put all ingredients except parmesan cheese and puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the puree to the baking dish or ramekin. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until the top turns lightly browned. Let cool on the wire rack. (This is very fluffy and fragile. Don't use knife when served but use a serving spoon)
