Broccoli Salad with Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients

1 lb	bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 bunch	broccoli, chopped
1/2	head cauliflower, chopped
1	sweet onion, finely chopped
1/2 c	sunflower seeds, hulled
1/2 c	raisins, optional
DRESSING
1 c	mayonnaise
1/2 c	sugar
2 Tbsp	rice vinegar, or any mild vinegar

Luann's Notes:

This salad is always the first to go at my local church dinners.

Dressing: Mix all ingredients together and shake well. Set aside.

Salad: Mix all ingredients together. Toss with dressing and chill.
