Karen's StoryThere are a lot of broccoli/rice/ cheese recipes out there. This is an original from the 70s. One suggestion is to mix all ingredients while the rice and broccoli are hot.
2 - 8 oz box
chopped broccoli cooked per directions
1 - 6 oz
jar cheez whiz
cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1Preheat oven to 325. Saute onions, celery, and garlic in butter until onions are translucent.
2Prepare rice and broccoli as directed.
3Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spread mixture in 13" x 9" pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
