- cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of milk
- 16 oz
- velveeta cheese
- 2 tsp
- 2 -10 oz pkg
- defrosted chopped broccoli
- 2 c
- instant rice
- 2 large can(s)
- french fried onions
1Saute butter, onions, and celery until clear.
2Add Cream of Mushroom soup and with both cans of milk.
3Add Cheese and salt.
4Add defrosted broccoli and rice.
5Simmer until cheese melts.
6Add rice and 1 can french fried onions.
7Pour into large buttered baking dish.
8Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
9Put the other can of french fried onions on top.
10Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Delicious.
