This recipe is very easy.It's great as a side dish,it can be doubled and prepared the day before, refrigerated and then baked.Great for church pot lucks and family reunions.

Ingredients

1 pkg
frozen chopped broccoli florets thawed
1/2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
sharp grated chedder cheese
1
beaten egg
1/3 c
grated sauted onion
1/2 c
mayonnaise
sprinkle
bread crumbs on top

Directions Step-By-Step

Pour ingredients in greased casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs or more grated cheese.If you don't like sharp cheese use coby. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.Make sure that the broccoli is well drained and has no water in it. Cover with foil.
