Ingredients

24 small
carrots
1/4 c
brandy
1/4 c
honey
juice of 1 lemon
parsley

Step-By-Step

1Cook carrots until crisp tender. Arrange in shallow casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve with parsley garnish. Makes 4 servings.
