cabbage, shredded

butter

chive stalks
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1In skillet heat butter until foamy.
2Add chives and saute until tender.
3Add green cabbage and carrots.
4Saute over high heat until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes.
5Add salt and pepper to taste.
