Black Butter Sauce over Steamed Asparagus

Kim Biegacki

While browsing through some of my Grammie's cookbooks I came across a section of sauces. This one was under the title of simple butter sauces and it said to glorify vegetables, fish or eggs, and pasta.
So, since I had some asparagus that I needed to cook and my husband & I both like breakfast for dinner I decided to make this sauce. It is so easy and did give a zip to the asparagus and eggs.

Thought I would share this super easy recipe. I added a little minced garlic too. It was delish!
