Black Bean Salsa

I was using RoTel tomatoes for Cheese Grits and saw this recipe on the can, so I tried it. It is delicious as a side dish or by itself.

15 oz black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can(s)
10 oz rotel original diced tomatoes & chilies, drained
1/2 c
whole kernel corn, frozen or canned
1/4 c
finely chopped red onion
1/4 c
finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp
lime juice
1/4 tsp
ground cumin

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to allow favors to blend.
Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, or burritos, if desired.
