Ingredients

1/2 kg
bitter gourd
salt
2 Tbsp
oil
1/4 Tbsp
garlic ginger paste
2 medium
onion
1/4 Tbsp
turmeric, ground
1 1/2 c
water
2 Tbsp
chilli powder
bunch
coriander
pinch
garam masala

Directions Step-By-Step

first peel the bitter gourd nicely then wash with salt water , then chopp it finely in round shaped.

take a pan , add oil,onion,garlic ginger paste ,garam masala,bitter gourd , salt , turmeric and water boil it till the water dries .then keep in low flame and for 10 mins then add chilli powder and coriander leaves

serve it hot with rice
