chilli powder
salt to taste
1/3 tsp
turmeric powder
1/2 Tbsp
ginger paste
1/2 Tbsp
garlic paste

Directions Step-By-Step

first peel the karela and take a knife n slightly cut.

take pan add water , turmeric and add pinch of salt .until the water is dried.cook in medium flame.
make the mixture of coconut , chilli powder ..............garam masala powder etc and when u will make ginger garlic paste add the garam masala spices and process it
add the stuffing into the karela
