Ingredients

6 lg corn on the cob, shucked*brushed with olive oil*
1/4 c butter, softened
1/4 c olive oil mayo
2 Tbsp chives, chopped
zest of 1 lemon
3 oz asiago cheese, shredded
1/2 Tbsp everglades seasoning *season salt*
1 tsp chili powder

Sherri's Notes:

I made this corn Memorial Day. My friends said it was the best corn on the cob that they ever had. I must admit, it was bangin'! I hope that you will give it a try. Cooking with Passion, sw:)

Directions

Preheat grill to medium high. Place each oiled corn on the cob in a piece of aluminum foil. Roll and secure ends. Grill for 15 minutes or until corn is tender

Combine ingredients 2-8 in a mixing bowl. Brush hot corn on the cob with the mixture. Top with additional chives.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! This looks divine and I am saving this recipe for sure. I just hope and pray that we have corn this year. We haven't had corn from our garden in three years due to groundhogs and or weather.
