Blue Ribbon Recipe

Notes from the Test Kitchen:
Instead of the more traditional mozzarella cheese, this fresh and light recipe makes use of tangy feta cheese... and it's terrific!

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
vinegar
1 tsp
basil
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
3
medium tomatoes, sliced
feta cheese

Step-By-Step

1Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Add tomatoes and evenly coat.

3Chill at least 2 hours.

4Before serving sprinkle with feta cheese.
