My Dad loves asparagus and this is his favorite way to eat it. It's so easy and super tasty.

Ingredients

1 bunch
fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Arrange asparagus in a glass baking dish and spray generously with nonstick spray. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until tender crisp.

Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over baked asparagus before serving.
