Ingredients For baked squash casserole

  • 8 md
    yellow squash (sliced)
  • 1 md
    onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine (melted)
  • 1 c
    cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    worchester sauce
  • 4 slice
    bacon (cooked)
  • 2
    eggs (beaten)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make baked squash casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water 5-7 minutes. Drain well. Place vegetables in blender with milk and process until smooth. (Do a little at a time) Combine squash mixture with other ingredients. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until set.
