Ingredients

8 medium
yellow squash (sliced)
1 medium
onion (chopped)
1/4 c
butter or margarine (melted)
1 c
cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
worchester sauce
4 slice
bacon (cooked)
2
eggs (beaten)
1 Tbsp
sugar
1 c
cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 c
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook squash and onion in small amount of boiling water 5-7 minutes. Drain well. Place vegetables in blender with milk and process until smooth. (Do a little at a time) Combine squash mixture with other ingredients. Place in a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until set.
