I don't eat much meat so when I do cook it, I sometimes will eat just the side vegetable dishes. This is one that I enjoy. It fills me up just fine and tastes good to me.

Ingredients

washed potatoes of choice
sea or kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 pkg
frozen peas
butter to taste
1/2 c
chicken brown gravy

Directions Step-By-Step

Wash the potatoes and place in pre-heated oven which is set at 350 degrees. Set timer to 55 minutes.

When done, I just cut up the potatoes, mix it with some butter to taste, add the salt and pepper. Top with some chicken brown gravy.

TIP: Top with green onions that have been cut up.
