Ingredients

18 small
carrots
1/3 c
butter
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1/3 tsp
cinnamon
1/3 c
boiling water

Step-By-Step

1Scrape or pare carrots and place in casserole.
2Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon together; add water and blend well.
3Pour over carrots, cover and bake in moderate 350 oven 1 1/2 hours.
