| 2 Tbsp | brown sugar |
| dash cinnamon | |
| dash nutmeg | |

Directions
Cut the acorn squash in half and bake in 350 degree oven until tender all the way through when you poke with fork.While still hot from the oven put butter on top and sprinkle 1 tbsp brown sugar on each, along with other spices to taste.You can peel the skin and has to eat or you can just spoon it out of the skin. You could also pour some cream onto the mixture if you have some on hand and it sounds good to you.
