- ears of sweet corn
- strips of bacon.
- wet string.
1soak corn with husks left on for 2-3 hours.
Remove corn one at a time. pull husks down (not off),remove silk. Now wrap one strip of bacon around ear of corn,Spiral-fashion. Bring husk up tie with a peice of wet string or wet husk. do the same with remaing corn.
2Put corn on grin (med heat). Grill for 45 min to an hour. Turing often.
3Remove from grill. Remove husk and enjoy.
