It makes a great appetizer, but I often make it as a side dish.

- alnold style bread, as many as needed
- 1 lb
- trimmed asparagus
- 1/2 c
- flavored cream cheese, with chives.
- 3 Tbsp
- melted butter
1Arnolds bread slices, trimmed and rolled thin
2Spread cream cheese on rolled out bread. Cut in half. Add asparagus spears to the center and roll up tightly. Put on cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Place in a 350 oven and toast until lightly browned.
